I have actually used Redwolf for nigh a decade. Generally they were quite practiced, they had great stock and commitment was commonly pretty practiced. From my experience it seems to be downwards to their shipping. Unfortunately they use UPS, and UPS international just cannot exercise their jobs. I regularly order from other Chinese firms and have never had any issues, however for the last year every order with Redwolf has had issues, you pay for express and information technology takes over 2 weeks to get to y'all, some other firm I regularly use (I won't put their name hither), I've never ordered express shipping, yet I have never had an society take more than two weeks to become to me, usually its within a week. This firm uses Ems and DHL simply out of interest, and rarely do I pay brokerage charges, and information technology never gets stuck in customs, UPS still.... every single time!!!

The last three orders UPS keep request me for:
EORI/VAT Number
UPS credit business relationship Number
DAN number
I neither have, or know what these are. I contact Redwolf, and they state that its not their issue, and I have to sort it out. I accept no thought how to do this, as well If I order a product, why is it my responsibleness to chase up the commitment and ensure the shipping information is correct, I have no control over this. ON my last society I flat out asked for some other delivery firm to exist used, once again they used UPS and over again it has saturday in customs for ii weeks while they wait for data I cannot provide. Redwolf's response when I contacted them was, "once information technology enters your country it is no longer our responsibility, and information technology is for you to sort out with the Brokers (UPS)".

I don't know what commitment is like to other countries, but if y'all are ordering from the UK DO NOT use Redwolf, at that place are plenty of other firms who won't utilise UPS, use them instead and you will actually get what yous ordered.

ordered Dec 4 2020 4 prowin hop chamber and never received detail, paid shipping fee just offering dissimilar way of shipping but until now never sent my item equally theyre alibi not able to transport via post office, yeah been receiving item from chine aliexpress and your company deceit sent any? to much reason its similar you dont have my particular or acting similar a scammer.


Sold me New, Sent me Used

I purchased, what was supposed to exist a NEW Red Dot and i received ane that was marred on the bottom, a fingerprint on the glass, no bombardment OR screw for bombardment, and the box was evidently opened.

So, they refused to transport a new one and a shopping label for render so i had to open a PayPal dispute and ended up haveing to spend 2 hours of my fourth dimension and $28 to ship it back to Chia.

Nothing but the cost was reimbursed.

I placed an lodge of $600 worth of airsoft guns/equipment over three weeks ago. I was informed that delivery would take 3-4 weeks due to "Covid". Upon reviewing my guild I found that my order was never even shipped. I emailed redwolf and they told me that my order would exist shipped out this week. Today I received an electronic mail telling me that my club is going to be delayed some other two weeks due to "Covid" and "protesting in the United states". Why in fuk would "protesting in the US" bear upon when you ship your packages out? Why in the fuk is "Covid" delaying shipment when China has been reopened for a calendar month? There is no way that this company is too decorated that it takes a month in a half to process my order. Sounds like this is a god damn joke to screw effectually with people's coin. Another week and I need a full refund! Will modify my rating accordingly when and if my order ships out.

Beware of the items they post on their website. They might came in unlike.

A few weeks ago I bought a raven 01 PDI Japan inner butt for G17 Tokyo Marui. In the website the picture shows it has Raven marking, logo marking, pdi mark, and Nihon marker on the barrel. I wait it will be like this when I came.

But when item arrived, the packaging says Raven 01 just the barrel looks totally dissimilar! it has no correct markings as per described in their website. and the colour besides different. There is no Japan marking on it to show it is made from japan.

the customer service not only irresponsible just also very poor!
When I enquire for exchange or refund but they denied information technology is a faux barrel. They instead resolved this equally customer does not like the item they purchase. So refund need to pay for shipping fees.

It is clearly their fault to sent me the wrong barrel. But they look me to pay for the shipping!


Go somewhere else.

Ordered from them and afterwards they charged my account they sent an email asking for photocopies of my drivers license or they would not ship.
Don't always do this. This is how your identity gets stolen.

Hello, anybody. I highly encourage you to avoid ordering anything from RedWolf and here is why:

I ordered AEG from this company on Oct, 2018. At first, everything seemed to exist okay yet eventually, I noticed one odd thing: tracking code has not been updated in weeks. Yes, I could find my parcel via tracking code merely its status said that my package is.. somewhere? I contacted RedWolf visitor in hope that they could resolve my problem.

Notwithstanding, RedWolf's support managed not merely to fail at resolving my event but also show lack of activity/support itself. I provided them screens of my tracking code status and wrote them multiple times.

Eventually, RedWolf replied that they have opened an investigation case with Mail service Office and will contact me once they'll take any update on this case. Naturally, they wrote cypher since then. When I contacted them again, only THEN, RedWolf replied that they have cheked with Hong Kong post who confirmed that my packet has already arrived to my state and is currently under custom inspection. They wrote this on twelfth of November and today is 28th of November.

I contacted mail office of my land and they replied that no package can be found under the number I was given. Moreover, tracking code still says that my package is -somewhere out there- outside of my country and still has not been updated. As much as I would like to resolve this instance, with such horrible back up from RedWolf I believe it is non possible. They stopped to reply on my emails.

And then, I've ordered my AEG at the beginning of October. Today is 28th of November. I have no clue where my AEG is. Tracking code is not being update. RedWolf barely replies and states that my AEG is already in my country. My state's post role states that they have no such packet.

Everything would have been much easier and meliorate if RedWolf would ACTUALLY intendance nearly their customers and provide Bodily back up instead of rare replies. They requite an impression that they don't care. One last note: They also refuse to refund my coin, because they believe that AEG is in my state already.

If y'all want to keep your fretfulness in one piece and your wallet as well, I encourage y'all to think twice before ordering anything from this visitor, who clearly needs to learn how to provide support during such cases. Nowadays, with tracking codes engineering and cyberspace, such Nonsense as this simply cannot be tolerated.


Huge selection and fast response / aircraft

They have and so many things that I cannot observe elsewhere on other websites. Customer service was responsive and pointed out that I was trying to get the incorrect stock that wouldn't fit the gun I was trying to buy, and made some other recommendations that I followed. They also asked me for my credit card paradigm but I understood information technology was for security reasons to prevent fraudulent utilize of credit cards. I provided the images and my order was shipped and i received it in iii days after I ordered! That's shipping from Hong Kong to Colorado! Simply amazing speed and I would apply them once more.


No client service for faulty …

No client service for faulty products.

Bought a red-dot paid over 100 dollar and found the unit of measurement was faulty, the red sign can not be adapted vertically.

Sent several emails to Redwolf customer service, got responds few days later and ask to shot a video through the sign to corroborate this was a faulty production. I did as they asked and sent the video wait few days, and guess what, they asked me to shot another video exterior with 'longer range'.

I replied email asked for refund or replacement for this faulty product, and happy to ship dorsum to them if they have any concerns. Yet since them I go no reply at all.

So if y'all bought something is faulty from them, adept luck!

I really don't know what all the negative reviews are about. I ordered three pistol magazines, they came within 3 days (I selected the cheapest delivery method) They was packed well and secure and they are even better then the magazine that came with the pistol. Will definitely employ again!


Fast delivery and knowledgeable staff

Ordered a VFC HK417 from them and it arrived in perfect status. There was a lot of bubble wrap on the packaging but I judge they wanted to make sure information technology was not damaged during aircraft. From ordering to arrival took 3 days, which is very fast considering companies in the U.k. can't seem to deliver in annihilation less than a week - and Redwolf ships from their hong kong warehouse! Knowledgeable staff helped me make my decision since I was choosing between several models to see which could be modified to my specifications. Volition be dorsum for sure.


REd Wolf Airsoft fails over again!!!

I'm sure that many will say that RedWolf airsoft is the greatest thing since sliced breadstuff, but at that place are a growing number is major client complaints on their facebook folio, those they haven't taken down. they took mine down, but were not able to remove the review. The stock was completely defective, just they focused just on the missing spiral and refused to address the major problems. To salve time, here is the review that they were not able to take down.

Just received my Asura Dynamics PT-1 stock. Exist careful, this is junk. Information technology arrived with missing screw, will not retract or extend, due to release lever non working, (It is VERY tight and has no event on releasing the stock) some rub marks and the butt pad will not motion into alignment even if I had the missing screw and missing hex key. They accept offered to supercede the screw, but not replace the defective stock. I encounter a PayPal dispute in the future.

I certainly will not buy from them over again.

I just head from Asura. They said if I wasn't happy to send it back to them. Bang-up! Only they didn't requite me an accost, then blocked me so I couldn't inquire. They don't have a website, simply facebook.


Quick HK To Great britain Delivery

I've previously used some other HK-based supplier for importing airsoft parts and upgrades. Not a bad cost merely very rude staff and terrible delivery

Title just about sums it all upwards just following my recent order information technology was made very clear that they didn't care for their customers. I was told for over a calendar week my item had been shipped, they refused to provide tracking numbers and subsequently numerous calls and emails it turns out they'd never shipped it (surprise surprise!).

Every time I called I got in contact responses were very sarcastic and information technology was made out that I was request too much of them, just for a unproblematic tracking number or even proof of stamp.

Website says they send via UPS for large orders (which it was), they told me Parcel Strength and Regal Mail then order confirmation says HKP (Hong Kong Post).

Very poor service, won't be using again that's for sure!
